The Group

Our group specializes in the growth of semiconductor heterostructures via molecular-beam epitaxy and the study of their electrical and optical characteristics. Our main focus is on high-mobility structures in various materials, such as GaAs, InAs, and InSb. We perform experiments on cleaved-edge overgrowth samples, double layers, topological insulator candidates, and hybrid semiconductor-superconductor structures.
